Operations Manager
Our operations manager has over 26 years’ experience with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the Canadian Security & Intelligence Service. Our manager liaises directly with our clients and assigns our cases to appropriate investigators who are specialists in their field.

Investigators assigned to domestic cases are carefully selected from our team to conduct strictly confidential inquiries and covert surveillance. All of our investigators are licensed, bonded and insured in full compliance with government requirements.

As each investigation progresses, our manager will keep you informed of all new developments, and she will endeavour to obtain the details you may need to further your case.

Surveillance Investigators
Our surveillance investigators have extensive experience in covertly monitoring activities. They are highly-trained and dedicated to determining the unique facts of each case in full detail. Our investigators are able to complete their assignments at all hours of the day or night and often on short notice.

Corporate Investigators
Our comprehensive background investigations are conducted only by trained and experienced investigators.

They come from a variety of backgrounds including municipal police departments, RCMP, CSIS, the military, and government agencies.

Most of our investigators are qualified security consultants and are members of the PIABC.

Our investigators have conducted thousands of one-to-one interviews with witnesses, employers, neighbourhood sources, and informants. They know how to get the information you need to favourably resolve your case.

We also have a certified polygraph examiner to help separate truth from lies.

Video Technicians
Our highly-skilled technicians use state-of-the art equipment to provide the best quality of video and photographic results to our clients. Working under challenging conditions that can include poor lighting and degraded recordings, our technicians produce courtroom-quality images and reports for every investigation. We can supply video to you on Video-CDs, DVDs, Compact Flash or SD cards.
